1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, and/or purchasing coaching services from Thrive Financial Success for Women ("Thrive FSW," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or service.

2. Services Provided

Thrive FSW provides financial coaching services, educational content, and related resources designed to support personal financial awareness, behavior change, and goal setting.

Services are offered as:

  • Hourly coaching sessions

  • 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 coaching (typically partners or spouses attending together)

Sessions are booked and paid for through the website and are conducted virtually unless otherwise stated.

Partner-inclusive sessions are welcome. If a spouse/partner attends the first session, it is highly recommended they attend all sessions going forward so we can stay aligned and build progress together.

Thrive FSW does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Coaching services are educational and informational in nature and do not replace advice from licensed professionals.

3. NO Fiduciary or Professional Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that Thrive FSW is not a fiduciary and does not act in a fiduciary capacity.

Participation in coaching services or use of this website does not create a fiduciary, advisory, legal, tax, or investment professional-client relationship.

You understand and agree that:

  • You remain fully responsible for your financial decisions

  • Thrive FSW does not manage, direct, or control your finances

  • Any actions you take are your own

4. Joint Coaching (1-on-2 Sessions)

When coaching is provided to two individuals jointly:

  • Both participants consent to open discussion during sessions

  • Confidentiality applies to the session as a whole, not between participants

  • Thrive FSW is not responsible for disagreements, decisions, or outcomes between participants

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Attend sessions on time and prepared

  • Take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results

6. Payment & Fees

All coaching services are offered on an hourly basis only.

  • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website

  • Pricing is displayed at the time of booking

  • Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which is posted separately on this website

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, coaching materials, worksheets, branding, and resources are the intellectual property of Thrive FSW unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written permission.

Recording of Sessions: Coaching sessions are intended for live participation only. Recording of coaching sessions—audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Thrive FSW. This includes recording by any participant using personal devices, software, or platform features. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or sharing of session content may result in termination of services without refund and may violate intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive FSW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website

  • Participation in coaching services

  • Decisions made based on coaching discussions

Financial results are not guaranteed.

10. Website Use & Availability

We strive to maintain accurate and current information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Website content may change at any time without notice.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Thrive FSW is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
