Refund Policy

At Thrive: Financial Success for Women ("Thrive FSW"), we value transparency and respect for both your time and ours. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing services.

Coaching Sessions

All coaching services offered by Thrive Financial Success for Women (“Thrive FSW”) are provided on an hourly basis and must be booked and paid for in advance through the website. Because coaching time is reserved specifically for you, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

  • When proper notice is given, you may:

    • Reschedule your session, or

    • Request a refund for the session fee

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

  • Late arrivals do not qualify for partial refunds or extensions.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on Thrive FSW’s end, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session or

  • A full refund for the affected session

Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy are granted at the sole discretion of Thrive FSW.
